8-Hour Safe Driving Practices Program

The 8-Hour Safe Driving Practices Program (also known as Drug & Alcohol Class) consists of 8 hours of classroom instruction.

• Classes are broken down into four 2-hour sessions.

This program is required, at a minimum, for anyone wishing to obtain their license in Connecticut. A CS-1 certificate will be issued upon completion of this course.
